[Edited: Mistake ] Render settings effect 3D collision input signals

~~So I was working on figuring out why the input_event wasn't triggering on a kinematic collision body.
Got frustrated, so took a break, and went to play around with some settings in the Render tab in project settings.
Initially i had a very low resolution set (640x,480) to get a PSX vibe. I changed it up on a whim to be my natural resolution and discovered that the input_event signal was triggering properly instead of 'missing', as it were, with the low resolution. This also caused mouse enter and exit to properly trigger.~~
