Multiplayer demo

I have recently setup a multiplayer demo that supports joining after the "game" have started.
I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to manage both lobby and sessions in the same game, so I hope this can be of help to other devs wanting to learn how to implement both lobbies and in-session joining support.

I am not really sure where to post this; if you know a good place where people can find multiplayer demos useful (for the new high level api), feel free to share it.

Perhaps sometime we will get an "Demo" category in AssetLib, that would allow users to upload their own demos that may be of use for players.
